Bedrock rapids on the Mill River about 1,200 ft upstream of Lake Mohegan, inside the 170-acre Lake Mohegan Open Space. The Red Trail (1.6 mi) drops straight to the ledge pools. Not a posted swim site, though locals wade in summer.

Getting there
From the Merritt Parkway Exit 44, follow Congress Street to Morehouse Highway and the Lake Mohegan entrance. The Cascades access road forks right; limited lower parking there.
