Do not use the site to trespass, break rules, collect private information, interfere with access, harm the site, or encourage unsafe, illegal, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.
We may remove accounts, saved places, or submitted material if needed to protect the site, users, landowners, local communities, public access, or the guide project.
Submitted photos and content
If you send us photos, videos, captions, tips, corrections, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give New England Swimming Holes permission to review, store, edit, crop, resize, publish, display, and use it in connection with the website, guides, emails, social channels, and related editorial or promotional work.
Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights, violates privacy, reveals sensitive information, or was created where photography or sharing was not allowed.
