Overview
Reid State Park is a Maine BPL ocean-beach unit on the Georgetown peninsula in Sagadahoc County, with Mile Beach, Half Mile Beach, and a saltwater lagoon at Todd's Point. The stored town field says Phippsburg, but the park itself is in Georgetown on the opposite side of the Kennebec mouth. Water stays cold into summer and currents can be strong.
