At a glance
Overview
Big Niagara Falls is the larger of the twin Nesowadnehunk Stream ledge drops inside Baxter State Park, on the Appalachian Trail corridor between Daicey Pond and Katahdin Stream. The stored town field says Millinocket, but the falls themselves sit well inside the park in Township 3, not in the gateway town. It is a headline scenic and photo stop on a flat AT walk.
