Big Wilson Falls is a dramatic gorge waterfall on Big Wilson Stream east of Greenville, in the Appalachian Trail country near Lake Onawa. It is one of the stronger waterfall outings in the Moosehead region, but the ledges are slick and the plunge area has a serious jumping history.

Getting there
From Greenville, take Pleasant Street / Elliotsville Road east toward Onawa and continue to the Big Wilson Stream crossing near the AT. Park at the informal pull-off and follow the short path along the gorge to the falls.
