At a glance
Overview
Holeb Falls is a landmark portage drop on the Moose River in Holeb Township, on the classic Moose River Bow Trip out of Attean Pond near Jackman. Canoe parties carry around the falls on a marked portage; the drop itself is a powerful ledge into a gorge and is not a wade or swim. Shore viewing from the portage is a highlight of the trip.
