The Upper Falls of Little Wilson Falls is the main tall drop of the Little Wilson complex in Elliotsville Township, in Piscataquis County's Maine Highlands. It is one of the tallest Maine waterfalls crossed by the Appalachian Trail. Access is by a short AT walk from the Bodfish Farm Road trailhead.

Getting there
From Monson, take the Elliotsville / Bodfish Farm Road to the AT trailhead, then walk the AT north to the Little Wilson Falls spur and the main upper drop. Stay back from the gorge rim.
