Topsham Falls
Topsham, Maine
Historic Androscoggin River ledge and dam between Topsham and Brunswick, Maine. Downtown viewpoint, not a swim.
At a glance
Overview
Topsham Falls is the historic ledge on the Androscoggin River between Topsham and Brunswick, now shaped by the Brunswick-Topsham hydroelectric dam. It is a downtown river viewpoint with mill-era history, not a swim; the reach below the dam runs fast and cold. Walk the pedestrian bridges between the two downtowns for the best look.
