Great Pond is Eastham's largest kettle pond and one of the Outer Cape's classic freshwater swim stops. The town landing and small beach are off Great Pond Road; Eastham resident or visitor beach stickers are required in summer, enforced by the town. The pond sits within the Cape Cod National Seashore boundary but is managed as a town beach. Sandy shoreline drops off quickly into clear kettle water. No lifeguards on duty at the landing.
