Barnstable conservation kettle pond off Phinney's Lane. Seasonal lifeguards, small lot, short pond-loop trail.
At a glance
Overview
Hathaway's Pond is a Town of Barnstable conservation beach on a clear kettle pond off Phinney's Lane in the Hyannis village. The small beach and bathhouse are lifeguarded in summer and the lot is compact — on warm Cape weekends it fills by late morning. A short conservation-area trail loops part of the pond for a pre-swim walk.
