Water quality runs lower than its neighbors, often yellow-tinted with reduced visibility. Cape kettle-pond rules apply: no soap, seasonal dog restrictions.

Getting there
There is no direct road to Williams Pond. Use the Gull Pond town landing on Gull Pond Road in Wellfleet, paddle across Gull and Higgins, and pass through the short sluiceway. Allow beach sticker for Gull Pond lot.
