At a glance
Overview
Holland Glen is a Kestrel Land Trust preserve in Belchertown with a short, steep trail down through a hemlock glen to a seasonal waterfall on Hop Brook. The parking pull-off is on Route 9 between Belchertown center and Amherst; a signed path drops into the ravine and follows the brook. The falls run loud in spring melt and after rain, then slow to a trickle by mid-summer. Stay on the trail — the ravine sides are steep and undercut.
