At a glance
Overview
Marguerite Falls is a tall, slender roadside cascade in Sandisfield, on the west side of Route 8 about two-thirds of a mile north of the Connecticut line. The falls drop through a narrow rock cleft and are visible directly from the shoulder; a paved pull-off on the east side of Route 8 a few hundred feet south of the bridge is the usual parking. There is no maintained trail — it is a highway-shoulder viewing stop, best in spring flow.
