Spot Pond Brook Falls is a series of small cascades where Spot Pond Brook drops through the old Haywardville mill ruins in Virginia Wood, a Trustees of Reservations parcel inside the Middlesex Fells. Access is from the Fells trail network off Pond Street / Fellsway East in Stoneham and Medford. It is an urban-edge walk past stone ruins and mossy pools — viewing only, not a swim.
