Diana's Baths
Conway, New Hampshire
A ~1.2 mi RT granite cascade-and-pool system on Lucy Brook in Conway, from the WMNF lot on West Side Road.
At a glance
Overview
Diana's Baths is the iconic polished-granite pool-and-cascade system on Lucy Brook in Conway, a ~1.2-mile round-trip walk on mostly flat trail from the WMNF lot on West Side Road. The brook carves a staircase of ledges, plunge pools, and potholes that are tempting in hot weather — but the rock is polished and slick, and the pools are shallower than they look. Go early: this is one of the most-visited trails in the Mount Washington Valley and the lot fills fast on summer weekends. Dogs allowed on leash; WMNF pass required for parking.
