Dixville, New Hampshire
A short gorge-and-cascade on Flume Brook in Dixville Notch State Park on NH 26.
At a glance
Overview
Dixville Flume is a short narrow gorge and cascade on Flume Brook inside Dixville Notch State Park on NH 26, on the north side of the notch just east of the Balsams. A very short walk from the signed Flume Brook Picnic Area drops you to a footbridge and a face-on view of the flume and upper cascade. It's an easy, family-friendly stop paired nicely with Table Rock and Huntington Cascade on the same Dixville Notch drive.
