Overview
Profile Falls is a 40-foot curtain drop on the Smith River in Bristol, inside the US Army Corps of Engineers' Franklin Falls Reservoir flood-control lands. A wide gravel trail leads about a quarter-mile from the Profile Falls Road parking area to the base. Short, flat, family-friendly walk; the pool below the falls gets heavy local swim use in summer. Free; no fee.
