Ripley Falls is a tall fan-shaped waterfall on Avalanche Brook in Crawford Notch State Park, Hart's Location. The Arethusa-Ripley Falls Trail / Ethan Pond Trail climbs about 0.6 miles up from the Willey House Station Road trailhead; the open granite face near the base is strikingly slick when wet. One of the signature waterfalls in the Notch, usually combined with a longer day that includes Arethusa Falls or the Webster-Jackson ridge.
