At a glance
Overview
Sabbaday Falls is one of the classic quick stops on the Kancamagus Highway — a short paved-and-graveled walk from the WMNF Sabbaday Falls picnic area in Albany leads to a multi-tier cascade dropping through a narrow gorge cut. Wooden viewing platforms and stairs handle the crowds; the rock and stairs stay slick even in dry weather. About a 0.7-mile round-trip walk. WMNF recreation pass required. Viewing only — no swimming at the falls.
