At a glance
Overview
Carbuncle Pond is a 39-acre DEM fishing-access pond in the Nicholas Farm Management Area, reached from a gravel drive off Route 14 about 0.9 miles west of the Route 117 junction. There are two gravel lots — one at a handicapped-accessible fishing pier, one at a concrete plank boat ramp about 700 feet further in. The pond is stocked with trout, electric trolling motors only, and there is no designated swim area; use it as a paddle-and-fish reference, not a beach.
