At a glance
Overview
Ninigret Park is Charlestown's 227-acre town park on the former Naval Auxiliary Landing Field. Little Nini Pond is the freshwater swim pond on the east side — a small sandy beach with seasonal lifeguards, shallow entry, and a playground and pavilion just up the path. Do not confuse it with adjacent salt Ninigret Pond, the National Wildlife Refuge next door.
