Getting there
Park at Blackstone River State Park / Captain Wilbur Kelly House at 1075 Lower River Road in Lincoln. Pick up the paved Blackstone River Bikeway and walk to the dam vantage. The river-right portage canal is part of the paddling route — do not attempt to paddle the dam.
