At a glance
Overview
Harrisville Falls is the drop at the Harrisville Mill Pond Dam on the Clear River, in the Harrisville village of Burrillville. The granite-and-concrete dam dates to the 1850s and is roughly 30 feet tall by 150 feet wide. It is viewed from the Main Street (Route 98) / East Avenue bridges and from a town pedestrian walkway next to Freedom Park; a rehab and viewing-plaza project has been reshaping the overlook in 2025 and 2026.
