Getting there
From Mill Street in downtown Bellows Falls, follow Bellows Falls Historical Society river-access signs to the concrete path behind the Frank Adams Grist Mill. Stairs descend to the Connecticut River just downstream of Bellows Falls Dam; this is primarily a canoe/kayak portage and fishing access, not a swim beach.
