Getting there
Circle Current is on the New Haven River between Bristol and Lincoln. From Bristol village, follow VT 116/VT 17 about 2 miles east and turn onto Lincoln Road (Lincoln Gap Road). Drive past the Bartlett Falls (Bristol Falls) pull-off; Circle Current's parking is the next dirt pull-off on the right. A short rocky scramble drops down to the slides and angular pools. It is generally a more relaxed, family-friendly stop than Bartlett Falls a quarter mile downstream.
