Getting there
The canonical Coty's Hole documented by swimmingholes.org is in STOWE on the West Branch of the Waterbury River, opposite the Hob Knob Motel and Restaurant along VT 108, with the Stowe bike path as the easiest approach. The coordinate on this guide points to Castleton (Rutland County), and there is NO independently documented 'Cotys Hole' on the Castleton River at that location. Treat this guide as mislocated: skip it and plan the visit from the Stowe entry when that becomes a separate row, or wait for this guide's location data to be corrected.
