Getting there
DeBanville Access sits in Bloomfield, Vermont (not Guildhall), along VT 102 at the confluence of the Nulhegan and Connecticut Rivers. It is a small grassy car-top boat launch managed as part of Lyman Falls State Park. There is NO parking at the DeBanville Access itself -- paddlers park at the Belknap Public Access on the opposite side of VT 102 and walk the boat across. From the Belknap lot it is a quick walk down the grassy bank to put canoes and kayaks in the Connecticut River. Foot swimmers are unusual here; the site is primarily a paddler put-in / take-out on the Connecticut River Paddlers' Trail.
