Getting there
Fairlee Town Beach sits on Lake Morey in Fairlee. IMPORTANT: the beach is restricted to FAIRLEE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS ONLY per the Fairlee Recreation Council -- this is NOT a general public beach. Visitors without Fairlee residency/taxpayer status should not route here. For a nearby public option on Lake Morey, consider the Lake Morey Resort property (guest/paid access) or use the public swim areas at Lake Fairlee's Treasure Island in Thetford / West Fairlee instead. The beach is periodically closed for cyanobacteria blooms; always check fairleevt.gov/lmrnews before visiting. If you are a resident, the parking lot is signed off Lake Morey Road with a short walk to the sandy beach and swim area.
