Getting there
Rossetti Beach is the Colchester town beach on Lake Champlain at Bayside Park, off Blakely Road at the head of Malletts Bay. The park combines a swim area, a boat launch, a playground, walking paths, and ball fields; Rossetti Beach is the name locally used for the small swim shoreline. From I-89 Exit 17, follow US 2 west to Blakely Road in Colchester and continue to the Bayside Park entrance. Parking is in the town lot; a seasonal town pass or day use fee may apply on the swim side in peak months, and rules are set by Colchester Parks and Recreation. There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk. Pets are not allowed in the swim area. The Champlain Bikeway Colchester Causeway Park is a short ride away for visitors making a day of it.
