Getting there
From Troy village, head east on Route 100 about 0.5 miles, then turn north onto River Road and continue about 1 mile. The falls sit just below the bridge and the lip is visible from roadside; for a better view, a hydro-facility access road roughly 100 feet south of the bridge (take the right fork) drops toward the southern segment through heavy brush.
