Getting there
From downtown Middlebury, follow VT 23 (Weybridge Street) north about 4 miles into Weybridge, turn left onto James Road, then right onto Bittersweet Falls Road. Pull over in the small allowed shoulder area near the bridge; the 20-foot plunge is visible from roadside. The land is Monument Farms Dairy property with long-standing permissive public access, so keep the visit short and tidy.
