Getting there
'Chase Cascade' (also called 'Chase's Cascade' or 'The Cascade') is a historical name for a Whetstone Brook feature in Brattleboro; it appears on an 1860s-era map but is not currently a recognized public destination. The primary documented waterfall on Whetstone Brook is about 50 feet downstream from the Main Street Bridge in downtown Brattleboro; on-street parking on Williams Street or a nearby side street is the usual approach. Treat this guide as a reference point and do not plan a destination visit from it alone.
