Getting there
Deep Gibou Falls (aka South Branch Falls) sits on the South Branch of the Trout River / West Hill Brook in Montgomery, reached via Hill West Road and Deep Gibou Road. Per New England Waterfalls the site is CURRENTLY POSTED AS PRIVATE PROPERTY and public access is not welcome. Do not bushwhack to the falls from Deep Gibou Road. If you want falls in Montgomery, use Trout River Falls ('Three Holes') or Crystal Falls at the West Hill Covered Bridge instead.
