Getting there
East Putney Falls is a lovely cascading waterfall on East Putney Brook in Putney, downhill from East Putney Falls Road. From I-91 take Exit 4 at Putney and follow US 5 north into the village, then head east on East Putney Falls Road; the parking pull-off is signed / well-used on the right. Two paths leave the lot: follow the one to the right for a 3-6 minute walk down to the main drop (a stepped horsetail / cascade), or take the path upstream/left for an upper-cascade view. Expect wet roots and slick bedrock around the falls -- stay back from the lip.
