Getting there
Felchville Falls is a 15-foot horsetail-style waterfall on the North Branch of the Black River in the Felchville village area of Reading, directly along VT 106. The falls are on PRIVATE property but partially visible from the state highway; pull off into the small allowed shoulder near the bridge and view from the road only. Do not cross fencing, descend the bank, or enter the adjacent residential/mill yards. Quick roadside photo stop -- not a swim spot.
