Getting there
McLaughlin Falls, also known as Wheelerville Falls, is a small cascade near Wheelerville Road south of Mendon village in the Killington area. The falls and the approach are posted private land, and the World Waterfall Database explicitly asks visitors not to attempt to hike in. Treat this as a quick roadside look from a allowed shoulder spot on Wheelerville Road; do not leave the road. Cell service is patchy. For a reliable public waterfall in the same area, Thundering Brook Falls in Killington has an accessible boardwalk and better parking.
