Getting there
Mill River Falls here refers to a small Franklin County cascade in Georgia, on the Mill River that drains into Lake Champlain. It is not a canonical named waterfall and does not carry its own entry in the main Vermont waterfall references. Expect a short roadside look from a allowed shoulder pull-off; do not descend onto adjacent private land. If you are planning a Franklin County waterfall stop, Fairfax Falls on the Lamoille (viewing only at the hydro dam) and Highgate Falls (heavily diverted by the hydro project upstream) are the area's better-known waterfalls. Do not confuse this page with Mill River Falls near St. Albans Bay, which is a separate entry.
