Getting there
This Niagara Falls refers to a lightly-documented Vermont cascade in Reading, Windsor County -- not the Ontario one. The nickname is used locally for a small stepped waterfall along a brook in the Reading area, but it is not a canonical entry in the main Vermont waterfall references. The mapped coordinate should be treated as a rough marker, not a confirmed trailhead. If you are in the area and want to check, pull off on a allowed shoulder and look for an obvious path and any posted signage; do not cross onto private land. For a reliable Windsor County stop, Quechee Gorge from the US 4 overlook or Buttermilk Falls in Ludlow are stronger targets.
