Getting there
North Breton Brook Cascades is a minor set of cascades on a small brook in the East Hubbardton area of Rutland County. It is, without a developed trail or formal pull-off, and most of the surrounding land is private woodlot. Expect a brief roadside look from a allowed shoulder; do not cross fences. The cascades show best in spring and within a day or two of rain. For a real Hubbardton-area outing, the Hubbardton Battlefield State Historic Site or the Bomoseen State Park beach are the developed choices.
