Getting there
Quimby Brook Falls is a minor tiered cascade on Quimby Brook in the town of Lyndon, Caledonia County. It is and does not carry a canonical entry in the main Vermont waterfall references; the surrounding banks are largely private. Expect a brief roadside look from a allowed shoulder; do not cross fences. The cascade runs best in spring and within a day or two of rain. For a developed Northeast Kingdom swim, Lake Willoughby's beaches in Westmore and the Ricker Pond and Kettle Pond shorelines in Groton State Forest are the stronger choices.
