Getting there
Stevens Brook Falls is a small cascade on Stevens Brook in Saint Albans Town, Franklin County. It is and does not carry a canonical entry in the main Vermont waterfall references; surrounding banks are largely private. Expect a short roadside look from a allowed shoulder and a brief scramble to the brook where public access exists. The cascade runs best in spring and within a day or two of rain. For a developed Franklin County stop, Burton Island State Park and Kill Kare State Park off Saint Albans Bay are the area's stronger destinations, and Lake Carmi State Park beach in Enosburg Falls is the reliable swim.
