Getting there
Sutton Falls stored as a Barnet feature in Caledonia County is a small cascade along the Barnet-Sutton corridor in the Northeast Kingdom. It is and does not carry a canonical entry in the main Vermont waterfall references; the surrounding banks are largely private. Expect a short roadside look from a allowed shoulder and a brief scramble where public access exists. The cascade runs best in spring and within a day or two of rain. For a developed Northeast Kingdom stop, Lake Willoughby's beaches in Westmore and Groton State Forest's Ricker Pond and Stillwater State Parks are the stronger choices.
