Getting there
Twin Falls is a pair of short drops on the Saxtons River in Westminster, Windham County, below the better-known Saxtons River Falls in Saxtons River village. It is in the canonical waterfall references and listed in the Saxtons River Wikipedia entry alongside Saxtons River Falls and Gages Falls. Surrounding banks are largely private; this is a roadside / shoulder view, not a swim. Park in a allowed pull-off, stay off posted land, and do not attempt to scramble the ledges when flow is up. The river runs clear in settled weather and silty after rain. For a real Saxtons corridor swim, use the Saxtons River Access VRC site in Westminster described elsewhere in this guide.
