Getting there
Upper Twin Falls is the upper of the paired drops that make up Twin Falls on the Saxtons River, in Westminster, Windham County, below the better-known Saxtons River Falls in Saxtons River village. Surrounding banks are largely private. This is a roadside / shoulder view, not a swim. Park in a allowed pull-off, stay off posted land, and do not attempt to scramble the ledges when flow is up. The river runs clear in settled weather and silty after rain. For a real Saxtons corridor swim, use the Saxtons River Access VRC site in Westminster described elsewhere in this guide.
