Getting there
Windsor Falls is a minor feature on a brook through the village of Windsor, Windsor County (county stored Unknown and flagged). It is and does not carry a canonical entry in the main Vermont waterfall references; surrounding banks are a mix of village frontage, old mill stonework, and private land. Expect a brief roadside look from a allowed shoulder, not a swim. The brook runs best in spring and within a day or two of rain. While you are here, the American Precision Museum and the historic Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge (the longest two-span covered bridge in the US) are the area's stronger Windsor stops. For a real Windsor County swim, Silver Lake State Park in Barnard and Twenty Foot Hole VRC site in Reading are better destinations.
